Story
On Wednesday 30th March we will be holding the Royce 100 challenge in memory of Pete Holmes who died just over a year ago while trying to help others who got into difficult whilst snow shoeing in the mountains near Vancouver. Pete was a RAG rep in Royce about 5 years ago. In the process of getting elected onto committee and then while on committee Pete ran around Royce 100 times raising money for RAG.
We have decide to repeat this challenge in memory of Pete as an annual event, hopefully raising a lot for charity as well.
There will be 2 races on the day. One at midday for runners who aim to complete all 100 laps on their own and a second race at about 2pm which will be a relay race where students do 10 or 20 laps each (teams of 5 or 10 people).
This justgivings page has been set up so that friends and family of those participating can sponsor the runners by donating to a great cause!
