We have decided to take this challenge in memory of our beloved mum/wife, who battled against Multiple Sclerosis for thirty years.  She was a person of great character and strength, always cheerful and thoughtful, without complaint.  She always remained active, despite the progressive nature of Multiple Sclerosis, until the latter years where the support of St Teresa's Hospice was greatly appreciated.  Maureen enjoyed spending time there as they always made her feel welcome and gave her chance to meet new people and be pampered.
