Our work began in 2010 after being inspired by the stories of Esther, Grace and Obert. Thanks to our loyal donors, we have transformed their futures and now work with over 5,000 children in 9 schools and 7 ECD centres using 3 solid programmes - FEEDING, CONSERVATION AGRICULTURE & TEACHER TRAINING.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you know I am now 'retired' so what to do with all this spare time?

So I decided to go for a little cycle, just me, my bike, my very little tent and the open road, but where should I cycle?

I know - the South of France is always nice this time of year - why not, it's only 750 miles away and as it's south it's all down hill!

But how to motivate myself through the wind and the rain, there's bound to be some, if only on the way to Poole Harbour and the ferry.

I know - get myself sponsored. Win win - for me and my charity.

Why the 'Forgotten Children of Zimbabwe'. The BBC showed the programme, filmed undercover last year - it was harrowing. Esther was nine and caring for her baby brother and her mother dying of AIDS and that was just one of the stories. (If you want to know more, GOGGLE it, it's all there to read and view).

I decided to support a charity that needs a lot of help. I hope you can help me to help the children.

See you at the end - with a sore butt and even sorer legs - but what's that between friends.

With grateful thanks

Phil
