My brother at 39, close friends of all ages, good friends children who's lives are just beginning all have had their lives taken due to the effects of cancer, so many, too many & we all know & have loved someone we've now passed away due to this cruel, unforgiving disease. There are people who beat it though, people who fortunately have come through it, they didn't do that alone, they had help & support, with this the stories of people beating this filth will become more & the heartbreak, upset & distraught sadness will become less,

I'm training hard, eating healthy & giving everything to be ready to fight on the 1st ever FFC Fight Night 07/11/15 @ the Mountbatten centre Portsmouth.

6am & 10pm runs, 2-4 evenings training & sparring, 3 months with no drinking & eating healthy to be in as good shape as possible for the night, ultimately to raise support & awareness for the night & the 2 charity's involved FFC & The Oakley Waterman foundation, I'm asking you, friends & family to support me & us by either coming to the fight night or kindly donating, or both.....you will make a difference 👊👊
