On Thursday 23rd April 2020 just before a beautiful dawn, my beloved husband Phil lost his courageous fight against Cancer. 

Each of us will remember Phil in our own special way. Whether it be his kind heart, calm and trustworthy approach to any situation, dry sense of humour, love of music (including the bad dance moves), love for the finer things in life (usually of a alcoholic nature) or one of the many other wonderful traits of his personality. 

To all those who knew and loved Phil, you will know that he did not want us to dwell on the sadness of his death but to celebrate his life and to continue to make this world a better place. 

One of the things we can do together, to celebrate his memory, is to make a donation to MacMillan Cancer Support in the fight against Cancer.
