I do like to run. So this year i have decided to do something good in the world and raise some cash for a great charity. I've set out to do the following races :

9th Feb : Southport Mad Dog 10K

2nd March : Silverstone Half Marathon

23rd March : Liverpool Half Marathon

6th April : Blackpool Half Marathon

18th May : Chester Half Marathon

25th May : Liverpool Rock & Roll Marathon

People who know me and my wife well will know what the Scott family have been through quite a bit in 2012/13. At the end of 2012 they found out Graham (Hollie's Dad) had the final stages of Cancer in his Tongue & Neck. He has by great miracle survived his cancer thanks to thoughts & prayers from family/friends and the amazing Dr's and Nurses who treated him. As his recovery was coming along the family was hit with another blow as Barbara (Hollie's Mum) found out she had Breast Cancer. This was in early stages and again treatment by Dr's and Nurses where able to remove the cancer. They are both currently healthy with Graham even returning to work after thinking he wouldn't be alive today. Amazing. Cancer Research i believe has helped Hollie's mum and dad survive this horrible horrible experience. I want to do my bit here and raise some money to help other peoples Mums & Dads be able to benefit from this charitys work.
