Story

Philine and Phil are running the Brighton Half Marathon this year and would like to raise some money for Sussex based Canine Partners for Independence

Less than a year ago, Philine couldn't run more than 1/4 of a mile without having to stop and walk, she's been training hard all year and hopes to complete the half marathon without walking and in as close to the 2-hour mark as possible.

And as many of you know that Phil has run several half marathons, he will also be taking the challenge of attempting to complete the 4 lap Winter Nuts Challenge

This is an 18 mile military assault course that involves climbing obstacles, crawling through mud, running through chest high freezing cold water.

It happens on 2nd March and only 6 people out of 200 competitors completed it last year.

So please spare some of your hard earned cash to make our training, sweat and tears worthwhile and help to give a disabled person some much needed assistance and companionship.

We would offer Woof as a canine partner, but he's too busy licking his bum
