Delighted to announce that my Son-in-law Ian Smith has put his Razor Down and joined the Decembeard Campaign - thank you Ian and to your supporters......

I owe SO much to SO many people......that's how I started this piece of the story last December and its still so true today. Another year down the track and I continue to make solid progress with my recovery but always conscious that I am only as good (or bad) as my next scan. I have been asked many times what the coping mechanism for all of this is and many have heard me say its the Three F'S Family, Friends and Faith. Privileged to be appointed an Ambassador for this years campaign I hope to have a number of Decembeard Teams helping me out to raise not just cash but awareness and I am humbled and just so grateful for your help. So lets see if between us all we can smash the initial target as happened last year and like last year encourage people that 'if in doubt - check it out - first time - every time....' Finally, I have to mention one person by name and that's Lorraine my wife who continues day by day to walk with me on this journey her patience, love and understanding are all immense.
