You are unlikely to be as surprised as me that this is actually happening. 

I'm not built for running, get bored with swimming and look ridiculous in Lycra. I thought I was safe, but then I was offered a huge challenge where I could also support an incredible children's charity.

I will be climbing 3 of the Alps largest and highest hiking peaks on three consecutive days (1 in France, 1 in Italy and 1 in Switzerland). Over 11,000 ft of ascent (that doesn't include coming down each day), 80km of trekking and at least 2 summits where we expect to have to snow shoe the last sections. 

I have a large funding target to hit too, but I hope that you also feel that every child should have the same chances in life, especially around supporting their development.
