As you may know, I suffer with ADHD and Bipolar disorder and I am campaigning as much as I can to bring awareness to mental health. I have been being asked for some time to shave off my beard (especially by the missus) and I haven't wanted to at all, I'm too attached lol! Then she suggested doing it to raise money for charity which I agreed to do. I still don't really want to shave it off but if it's for a good cause, then it's worth it! So come one guys, dig deep, even if it's a quid, it'll make a difference!!
