Story

Brian Beverley and Phil Stickings are Team Biker Hiker's. We are accepting the Maggies Monster Bike and Hike 2013 Challenge to raise money for Maggies Cancer Care Centre's. We are swopping our motorcycle helmets for walking poles, rucksacks and mountain bikes.

The Monster Bike and Hike takes place on the 5th of May. We will be cycling 31 miles from Fort William to Fort Augustus then carrying on on foot to Inverness, another 41 miles. We have 24 hours to complete the Challenge.

We have all been touched by cancer in one way or another. For every cancer sufferer, remember there but for the grace of God..........

We want to support those who help our friends and familys and do such a good job.

"Maggie’s Centres are for anyone affected by cancer. They are places where people are welcome whenever they need us – from just being diagnosed, or undergoing treatment, to post-treatment, recurrence, end of life or in bereavement".

"We also welcome family and friends, as they are often deeply affected by cancer too. We know that those who love and look after someone with cancer can feel just as frightened, vulnerable and uncertain."
