It is 2012. London hosts a major sporting event in less than 100 days time. An amazing event, where people challenge themselves to achieve things that have never been done before. Personal bests. World records. A legacy we can be proud of.

But enough about the Big Blue Kick; the Olympics are coming!

I will, along with a huge number of others, be attempting to break the Guiness World Record for largest simultaneous Taekwondo display across multiple sites. There are around 1000 of us performing a routine across 10 UK locations, and it is going to be fun to watch if not perform. Come to Canada Square on 18 May 2012 at around 1130 in the morning for the start and watch us show off the fruits of our training! And do sponsor me while you are here!
