Eighteen months ago Paul and I were in the Coach and Horses discussing ways to get fit (over a pint or two)  and as many of you who know me well will understand,  this was to be no easy task! This is what we eventually came up with and as we have been training now for some time we feel ready to commit to the  challenge!  We have decided to support the amazing work that Alzheimer's Society do. This is a charity particularly close to my heart and it would be great if you could donate and share my Page so I can raise as much as possible to help them lead the fight against dementia to end the distress it causes.
