Philip Howard a man with a 'dapper' dress style and a sense of humour as 'dry as a desert' has left us far too soon.

Born an Irishman with also a love of his father's East End roots and an obsession for West Ham United which went through him like a 'stick of rock'.

Anchor House homeless charity based in the heart of the East End is a perfect legacy charity for Philip for those who may be considering flowers at his funeral. It offers safety, support and helps build resilience towards a positive future for those who have fallen through the cracks in our community.

Only the immediate family will be giving flowers and this is only a suggestion please do not feel obliged; you may also have your own personal charity that you would prefer to donate to as an alternative.
