Flicka Foundation is a donkey sanctuary based in south Cornwall which I visit regularly. Flicka look after over 100 donkeys and horses, all of which have been rescued from abuse, neglect and abandonment.

I sponsor one of their donkeys, Humphrey, which is a rare breed of French donkey (shown in the photo). However I also want to raise money so that Flicka can care for its current residents and rescue other donkeys in distress.

I have been training hard to swim half a mile in the serpentine, please give generously.
