It's a family affair!  Phyllis, Emma, Meg and Neill are running the London Virgin Sport 10km to raise money for  Welcare.  We would greatly appreciate any donations and thank you in advance for your support!

Welcare is a charity which supports children up to the age of 13 and families experiencing challenges in times of crisis.  They provide family support work, advocacy, volunteer mentors, skills training, parenting groups,counselling and domestic abuse recovery across 6 centres in south London, Bromley and East Surrey.
