For those who don’t know us PhysCap was established in 1970, a Yorkshire based charity run completely by volunteers. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children suffering from severe physical and mental disabilities within the Yorkshire area.
To be able to do this work we continuously fundraise to support those in need and to try our very best to say yes to everyone we can.
After the great success of our last ball 2 years ago, we have pulled out all the stops, leaving no stone unturned, in a quest to take our guests back to the roaring 20’s with a Gatsby themed ball, which will be a night to remember.
With the countdown to the ball having begun, people who are unable to attend have been asking how they can still donate and support. This page is how! We would love to smash our targets from last time so that we can support even more children / projects this year.
Donations of any size are all greatly received, more than you will know. Every pound is vital and the money raised is spent in the most incredible life changing ways that you would never have even thought about. Here are just a few examples of where the money can go.

£50 buys sensory toys to help a child with severe autism to relax.
£100 buys specially adapted computer equipment to enable a child with Down’s syndrome to do his homework.
£200 buys a special car-seat harness to allow a child with cerebral palsy to sit comfortably and safely in the car.
£900 buys a specially adapted trike to allow a child with physical disabilities to exercise and play.
And every £1 donated will help to make all of this possible.
