On 26th October 2014 I will be taking part in the Bupa Great South Run to raise money for a very worthy cause, Arthritis Research UK.

I see first-hand the pain and discomfort caused by this debilitating disease, but I also see the strength and courage required every day to deal with it. Running 10 miles seems a very small task by comparison, but every little helps.
