THANK YOU ALSO TO:
Andrew and Lena Dickson, Sarah Doukas, Maria Jagusz, Jill Cronshaw, Gwen and Annie Penney for your support.
Casting aside again those Manolos, Christian Laboutins and fancy frocks - on Thursday November 11th 2010 - Indian summer night or minus 3 degrees and only 7 days from now - I have chosen again to sleep on the streets of London and replace my bed for a sleeping bag and cardboard box, to have just the tiniest insight experiencing what thousands face as their only option every single day. It is my challenge, along with others, to raise a sum of money to allow Centrepoint's Christmas charity pot to be a little fuller - to change a Christmas experience for someone this year.
There has been no greater time to create change. Although most of us are having to count our pennies right now I only have under a week to raise sponsorship! Please push the donate button now and donate whatever you are able - however great or small a sum. Please know that it all helps someone, somewhere, benefit this Christmas time. Nearly all of us in our times of need don't have to turn far to find the love, care and support of family and close friends nor do we stop to recognise the safe and warm environment that we have every single night. It is just normal. I am hoping that the monies I raise on November 11th will allow the many that don't have this as their 'normal' at the moment; to experience something a little different.
Thank you to all of you who supported me to do this last year ..... and if you are able - this year too - it is so appreciated.
