POLLY IS GIVING UP SMOKING TO RAISE MONEY FOR GOSH!!!

Dear All,

Please sponsor me to give up smoking. Those who know me know I've been smoking for eleven years, and therefore you will know what a difficult thing this will be for me to do.

My last smoking day will be on the 7th August 2010. If you would like to sponsor me please e-mail either polly_jane@hotmail.co.uk or write your pledge on the GOSH page. I plan to make it ciggie free till the 7th October (well forever really) and will be collecting any pledges then.
