to be presenting the return of the Prickwillow Christmas Quiz!!!

Why not come along for a few festive drinks, meet your
fellow villagers, a Christmas themed quiz and hopefully a prize filled raffle! All proceeds from the quiz entries and raffle ticket purchases are to be donated to local charity Wintercomfort, Cambridge.

As an organisation, Wintercomfort relies on the support of those within the local area to enable them to continue their life changing work with homeless and vulnerably housed people.  On average, they work with more than 750 people each year, providing not only the daily welfare of hot meals, showers and clothing for rough sleepers but also an extensive range of support for anyone experiencing homelessness in its many guises.  Wintercomfort's aim is to empower people to gain the skills, self confidence and sense of dignity to move forward positively with their lives.

2021 marks Wintercomfort's 30^th anniversary and whilst it is a tragedy that their services are in more demand today than ever before, the Prickwillow Village Council so grateful to those who help them to continue to be part of the change that is so desperately needed in the lives of those in greatest need within our community.
