We provide specialist palliative care to to the people of Lanarkshire.

Story

St Andrew’s Hospice are an amazing charity who provide care and support to patients and their families tailored to meet their individual needs. Their goal is to provide physical, psychological, social and spiritual care for their patients in a calm, peaceful and welcoming environment which requires over £120,000 WEEKLY to fund all of the supportive services to the patients and their families- so any help you can give in fundraising is greatly appreciated! 🙏🙏🙏 They care for patients with a range of needs including symptom management, rehabilitation as well as end of life care. Their aim is to ensure our patients live as actively as they can, for as long as they can and ensure they have the best quality of life possible.

Priestfield Boxing club are based in Blantyre, and love to actively support the community. In this Boxathon event our boxers will be participating in a 2-hour non-stop session of Skipping, Pad-work, Sparring, Circuits and Drills. Some of the boxers will be taking part in a Yoga class to experience a great stretch beforehand and ensure they are prepared for a powerful session! 

If you have never seen what goes on in a Boxing Gym, please pop by for a “Nosey” and give your support to the charity and club! We will also be hosting a raffle with an additional prize for the top fundraiser within the club.

Tea/coffee and cakes will be available!!
