Those of you that know me, will know that my guilty pleasure is a good bit of chocolate! Therefore, in honour of my grandad who sadly passed away to heart disease in 2011 I have decided to participate yet again in the British Heart Foundation's Dechox challenge, which consists of giving up all chocolate throughout the month of March 2018 and February 2019, to help raise money towards the BHF's research into life saving treatments and cures.

All donations are greatly appreciated and will aid the BHF's heart research. Thank you for all of your support!
