The anti-choice group 40 Days for Life are planning to harass people seeking access to reproductive healthcare outside the Nottingham QMC Treatment Centre again for 40 days from 14th February 2018. Pro-Choice Nottingham have been working hard to try to stop their action going ahead and the NUH Trust have made it clear that they are not welcome, however 40 Days for Life have stated that they are going ahead regardless of this. We hope that the trust will take swift action to remove them however until that happens we would like to think that something worthwhile can come out of their presence. 

We are asking all of our supporters, and anyone else who believes that people should be able to access healthcare without having to face this kind of activity, to donate £1 (or however much you can afford) for each day that 40 Days for Life are outside the treatment centre. This money will go directly to Abortion Support Network who provide financial assistance and accommodation to women travelling from the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. 

We will of course ensure that 40 Days for Life know how much their actions are raising for this valuable work!
