A team at Provide Education decided to do the Major Series run for an incredible cause that we are delighted to be supporting ; Forget me Not Childrens Hospice who are based in Huddersfield and who support the West Yorkshire area. Our team this year consists of Paula (Brighouse Branch Manager),  Nicola (Brighouse Senior Consultant), Liam (Brighouse Education Consultant), Katie (Brighouse Administrator), Richard(Barnsley Branch Manager) BJ Simmons (Provide Director) and friends of Provide - Frazer Buckle, Melissa Connelly and Oliver Pearson. Our fabulous team will be tackling the course along with a great team of supporters!

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice cares for families who have a child with a life shortening condition.  The hospice support these families in many different ways to make their lives just a little bit easier.  This could be by giving them a break as they take the role of carer both in the hospice and in their home, or by providing hydrotherapy or music therapy.  The care team spends time with brothers and sisters to give them the time and attention they deserve and are here for families, supporting them when they have to say goodbye to their child for the last time.

Our team are doing The Major Series 10k course which is littered with all kinds of obstacles, hills, mud and water and is full of over 40 of the Major's finest troops, there to help us through the obstacles, but maybe challenge us to a few too! We can't wait!!! :-) :-) :-)

The Major Series is all about teamwork which is what Provide Education are all about - it's not just a run. Determination and the camaraderie of our fellow countrymen will help us through. Believe it or not, we intend to take part in the entire challenge with a huge grin on our faces!
