Everyone at Pursuit and the Software Advisory Service has been saddened by the loss of little Mason earlier this month, nephew of our Account Director Jon.
His family had not only been battling the challenges of Mason's rare illness, Hunter Syndrome, but also campaigning to raise funds for Gene Therapy and Curative Research.
As a team, we are now looking to help the family in their fundraising efforts by completing the Great Scottish Run 10K - with all donations going to Project Alive (www.projectalive.org).
The mission of Project Alive is to cure Hunter Syndrome / Mucopolysaccharidosis II through research and advocacy.
The charity is a powerful voice for children and adults with Hunter Syndrome, bringing together families and advocates with researchers, industry, and regulators.
Project Alive...
- Funds promising curative research
- Assists researchers and industry with designing research studies for our community
- Advocates for the most effective and efficient system of clinical research, evaluation, and approval.
All donations are greatly appreciated by the family and all of us here at Pursuit and SAS - big or small, every little counts towards finding a cure for Hunter Syndrome.

*please note: Project Alive is the new name for Saving Case & Friends. They are the same charity.
**please also note: This charity is based in Tennessee, USA. Although their work affects the lives of children suffering from Hunter Syndrome all over the world, their donations will be received in the US Dollar $.
