Our form group (10SAW) at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Wakefield wanted to show our appreciation for all the incredible work the NHS has done over the last 12 months.

We decided that we would give our daily exercise during lockdown a real purpose and challenge ourselves to walk, run or cycle a combined total of 450 km over two Wednesday afternoons (24.2.21 and 3.3.21).

Please donate whatever you can to help support the boys in reaching their fundraising target and help show their appreciation for all the incredible work the NHS staff have done over the last 12 months.

Thanks.

10SAW, QEGS Wakefield.

About the charity

Our mission is to improve patient care across Dewsbury, Pontefract and Wakefield either directly with patients or indirectly via staff. We do this by enhancing the services provided by the Trust and funding additional items of expenditure, which would not otherwise be funded by the NHS.
