Every year the Queen Margaret Union chooses a charity to support and raises money during Freshers' Week and throughout the year.

This year we're supporting Glasgow Women's Aid, a charity that for over 35 years has been supporting women, children and young people who are experiencing domestic abuse. 

Throughout the University of Glasgow Freshers' Week we will have a variety of activities and sales to raise both awareness and lots of funds.

Last year we raised almost £2000 in the week and hope to beat that for 2015!
