This World Mental Health Day we are inviting you to get together with family and friends over a cuppa (and of course some cake) to help raise funds for those living with mental health conditions in our community.

We are an independent charity, separate from National Mind, who provide vital community support services, workplace training, talking therapies and suicide bereavement support services across London. Together, we can make sure nobody in our local community faces a mental health concern alone.
