The Sandstone Trail is a 34 mild long-distance walkers path, following sandstone ridges running North-South from Frodsham in central Cheshire to Whitchurch just over the Shropshire border.  A team of 8 from Qwest/ENGIE are taking on the challenge to walk the full length of the trail in one day - approximately 12 hours of walking.

The funds raised will support our chosen charity for 2019, Petty Pool Vocational College which is a specialist education provider for young adults with learning difficulties, supporting 100 full time students from across Cheshire, Halton and Warrington.

Located in the heart of Cheshire, and set in 40 acres of woodland.  Petty Pool aims to provide every learner with an effective and enjoyable educational experience that empowers them to reach their full potential.

The college need vital funds to help them build more classrooms and activities so they can increase the amount of students they can support.

They are an inspirational college.  When one of our Managers visited she commented;

"Wow, as soon as you enter the site you can feel its a special place.  The teachers, support staff and the grounds maintenance team are so supportive and caring to the students.  They want the best for the young adults and this can be seen when they interact in their classrooms and vocational activities"
