Meet Khaled, Mohammed, Nathan, Ullabiy and Nima - five refugee runners taking on the Bristol Half Marathon!
As asylum seekers and refugees, these runners know first-hand how hard it is to be forced to flee. But they also know that many people don't know what it's like to seek asylum, or even what an asylum seeker is.
On Sunday September 21st, they'll be running the Bristol Half Marathon. Their aim is to show the world that asylum seekers aren't "scroungers", "lazy" or "criminals" - just ordinary people who want to live in safety and peace.
