I discovered running a few years back and never believed it would be possible for me to run more than a mile. After determination to stay healthy, I decided to give it a try. I then started to run for support. What a goal and what a good feeling after every finished mile. I hope you will be able to expirience something similar and help us to support cancer research projects. I love my run around Virginia Lake or the Race Course. If you are not a runner - just walk it with some running in between - you can DO IT!
