It's that time again!! time for me to run, get red faced and push myself to my limits to honour the memory of Dad, and you guys to cough up and pay up to Honour Dad !!

This will be my 8th Race and each year I get older and less fit to run! yet being stubborn and pig headed won't listen to bad knees and have committed myself this year. cheeky as it seems you all got away with being asked last year by me as I was in France and missed the race 2012, So this year anyone happy to donate twice or a bit extra to make up for last year a BIG THANK YOU XX

  Each year I race for my Dad to show we still love him and miss him (all of us) and sadly add another friend or relative to the list to be remembered on Race day as the years go by.
