Well, I'm doing Race for Life again this year. Please sponsor me and help raise money to aid cancer patients and their families.

Since last year I have become so much better at running! My endurance and stamina are better, and my speed has increased.

I've been training so much more on my treadmill, really pushing myself, so I am hoping to beat last year's time...

Let me assure you, I am definitely NOT exercising at 5:42 AM for nothing lol.  That's motivation for you.
