Hi everyone,

I'm running the race for life for a wonderful lady called Helen MacDonald-Jones, who has been letting my group of friends invade her house for parties since we were very young. She's always been so much fun and an inspiration to all of us, so for that reason I'm struggling the 5km on the 24th with her support. 

I'm sure everyone has a reason to donate so please throw a few quid my way and in the mean time I'll try and find something pink to run in.
