It's probably fair to say that most of us have been affected or touched by cancer in one way or another, whether personally, a friend, family member or someone we know that has suffered with the disease. Shockingly, every two minutes someone is diagnosed with cancer in the UK.

Unfortunately, one of our friends and colleagues, Sophie Constable was diagnosed with Lymphoma in January this year. Given Sophie's apparant good health and age of only 24 this came as a huge shock to everyone. Sophie has undergone a course of chemotherapy over the past months, the initial signs of which show that it has been successful. It is Sophie's situation, determination and strength of character that inspired a group of us to run (ok...some of us may walk!) the 5k Race For Life at Kempton Park on Sunday 10th July 2011.
