On Saturday 18th June Laura Houle and I will be dusting off our trainers and heading to Sutton Park to take part in the 5k Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research UK.  For those who know us well it will come as no great surprise that we haven't taken part in a 5k race before and although we can't guarantee to run it we will make it over the finishing line one way or another.  

I will be racing for my mum who, by the time of the race, will be nearing the end of her 6 months chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer.
