Earlier this year, Gemma and I wanted to get fit and do good so we are undertaking several 5k / 10k runs this year, but this is the first one we are doing for charity where we are asking other people for money so please dig deep and sponsor us online as cancer affects so many people and we all should do our part to support the vital ongoing research that they do – AND it’s quick, easy and totally secure..
