I am taking part in Race 4 life this year for many different reasons.

 

Cancer affects many people whether it be immediate family, friends, work collegues to friends of friends.

The people in particular i will be running for this year are the following:

 

My Nan - who has beaten breast cancer and finally got the all clear last year.

My Grandma - Who sadly lost her battle with breast cancer

Geeta - My mums bestfriend who passed away ovarian cancer.

Race for life is a great day and charity event to take part in, filled with emotion, laughter and team spirit (I know it sounds cheesy but its true)

 

This year I am going to try and beat my time of 30mins.
