Instead of asking for donations, I will be selling cupcakes throughout May and June with 100% of the profit going to to both Cancer Research and East Lancs Hospice, in memory of my Grandad, Fred Mansfield.  My Grandad was looked after by the nurses there before he died and therefore I would love to raise money for my local Hospice.
