The last time I ran, it was for bus number 12 in Singapore, 2008. This time though, it will be to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. 

 

The event I'm taking part in is called "Race For Life". It is the largest women-only fundraising event in the UK. The race is vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.

 

The 5K run on 9 July 2011 will be my first ever, and is dedicated to Andrew H, Lois H, Jill H, Neil B and Rachael's mum. I'm moved (quite literally) by your courage and want to do this for you.
