Story
As predicted my 3rd race in 3 years was not a record breaker with a finish time of 36 mins 6 seconds (5 mins slower than last year) ... but thats a lot better than I expected due to my shin problems that have severely tempered my running for the last 10 months. (Now waiting for results of MRI scan)
Inspite of a dodgey leg, I ran for everyone who's life has been touched by cancer, but especially for my inspirational friend Sue JP who is still battling this foul disease; for my Mum (Colleen) who is now officially in remission after her breast cancer and in memory of my Dad who died in October 2009.
