Story
If you missed it last time...
2008 saw me don my squeaky-clean trainers and sprint/crawl my way around Aintree racecourse. Red Rum, I am not - but I did make an okay time of 30mins. Hope to beat it this year - currently far more unfit than 2008, but your sponsorship donations will spur me on!
This year it's Sefton Park, Liverpool...18 July at 11am...do feel free to come and lend your SUPPORT, thanks!
Although it's just 5km - it can be a marathon for many of the women running that day - physical or emotional. Any donation would be greatly appreciated - many thanks.
And yes, I promise to upload photos of the day afterwards for your amusement.
