<p>So, the very fact I've sent you this means you're good people!</p> <p>And you probably know that this year I am running the Race for Life - yes running, yes me, yes I quite understand this is unlikely.</p> <p>But I'm not doing this because I've discovered a latent love of exercise. I'm doing this because 6 years ago I lost my lovely Dad, Paul Donnelly, to this shitty disease. And because we all lost beautiful Rachel to it too.
