Hi, it's that time of year again !

The chance to try and train, ( so that I can run not walk?) beat of the flab, do some good.

We're off to Bournemouth again to run the 5k ' Race for Life 2011.'

Nearly everyone I know has been touched by cancer, family or friends even neighbours or associates,  and now my dad has been diagnosed with cancer.

So I ask for help, however small, to sponsor me, to help raise funds for this worthy cause. Every penny is greatly appreciated, and will go towards this needed research!
