Ok, so here it is. The hard facts. Unfortunately, I think that we all know someone who has had cancer at some point in our lives.

Some are "the lucky ones" and have beaten it.

Some are still living with it day in and day out trying to beat it.

Some, although trying desperately hard, have lost their fight.

 

I have decided that I would like to do what I can to help everyone at Cancer Research UK find a cure.

Now I’m not what you would call a fitness freak (as you all well know) but I, along with Sally and Helen will be taking part in the 5k run at Brentwood on 21^st May 2011.

I will be training for this as I don’t want to turn up and not be able to complete it!!!

 

Here is where you come in…

Guys…get your hands in your pockets and rummage around and find some money in there.

Girlies…tip your handbags upside down, that’s right, just turn it over and watch all that stuff come tumbling out… I bet you find some loose change in there.

 

Ok so you’ve got this money that you’ve found…Now just send it to me!!

 

What could be simpler?
