Help more people beat cancer
My lovely sister, Laura, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma on Monday 7 May 2012. Ryan (my 14 year old son) had exactly the same Cancer when he was 3 and is living proof of how strong our family are. Although we are totally devastated by this Laura, like Ryan, is a fighter and has such an amazing positive atitude there's no doubt she'll fight this.
I wasn't going to do the Race for Life this year (I've done two previously) but decided to get a group of my friends and Laura's friends to take part together. I know Laura will be so proud of us all the way from Oz.
Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me now you can help more people survive cancer.
