Hey Guys,

Thank you so much for taking a look at my sponsorship page.  I haven't put a large target down as I know there are lots of people taking part in this very worthwhile and fun event!

I did it last year and the atmosphere was fantastic, people walking, jogging, running as fast as they could!  Lots of applause and, thankfully, brilliant weather.

I haven't been running as often as I would like to recently so it will still present a challenge for me to get round, especially as I will have been to TAKE THAT! the night before!!

My thoughts are with all of you who are and have been affected by this terrible illness and I will be thinking of you as I run round the course....
