Hi,

I am Molly Jeal, I am 9 years old and on Sunday 1st June I shall be taking part in the Cancer Research UK Race for Life.

I won't actually be running in the race as I shall be doing it with my mum and she has made me promise that I shall walk it with her. So we are calling it the walk for life!

18 months ago my Grandad Bill died of cancer, he was only 59 (to me that seems quite old but my mum says that is very young!) It made me very sad when he died and I wish we could of had longer with him.

The picture I have used is one of the last pictures that I have of him, it was a sunny day and we were all happy and in the garden. I really miss him and I wish that he could see me doing the Race for Life as I think he would be very proud of me. I shall be doing the Race with my Mum, my sister Daisy and my cousin Bev.

In total we would like to raise £100 so if you could sponsor even £1 that would be great!
