Don't ask how this happened & it would make Mark Reginald laugh but I've wound up doing 3 races, this 10k one, a 5k in Sutton & then the finale with Vic & Emily in Bristol on 9th July.
If you've ever been to one of my parties, you'll have met Mark Richer. The man who ran over himself whilst driving his own car? It wasn't his cavalier (ok boys, I know it was a triumph) approach to danger that got him, but pancreatic cancer. Very sad, very sudden.
His two gorgegous (how did THAT happen - expect Jayne helped!) teenage daughters are doing the Race for Life in his memory and I'm joining them. My early adult life in particular was decidedly Richer for his presence. He is much missed.
